Hope United Church of Christ Hosts Annual Holiday Piano Recital

While Pastor Fritz Melberg was here, he entered into a covenant with Amanda Denny who needed a place to have piano lessons. Over the years, Hope UCC has served as that place where students have learned the joys and challenges of playing piano.

On Friday, December 7, we hosted these students and their families for the annual holiday piano recital. We more than 50 persons in attendance, students shared musical pieces to the delight of those gathered. Currently Dan Evers and Kate Walker are two of the students taking lessons from Denny.

Thank you to Zoey Evans who catered the event with delicious cookies and bars that were enjoyed following the recital.
