On Sunday, April 22, Hope United Church of Christ will be celebrating God’s creation.

Our Sunday School Students will have the opportunity to take a walk around our property (weather permitting) to pick up trash and debris, will learn about God’s creation through story and crafts, and so much more.

During our time of worship, we will sing songs and offer prayers about the goodness that creation offers and will be reminded of our responsibility to be good stewards of the earth’s resources.

Our Mission Committee shares this message with us:

Would you like to help the pollinators? Planting flower seeds is one way to do just that. Since bee and butterfly populations are declining, providing a habitat for them is important. Whether you have a spot outside or use a pot, every little bit helps. Let’s heal the earth, one flower at at time! Speaking of pollination, if you get the chance, check out the UCC’s Environmental Justice blog titled “Pollinator”. Happy Earth Day from the Hope Missions Team!
