Tentative Worship Schedule for July and August
Our worship schedule for the next two weeks will be:
- Sunday, July 19 Facebook
- Sunday, July 26 Outdoor/parking lot
It was once hoped that we might be able to return to our sanctuary in August. Yet, with the continued increase of positive cases of COVID 19 in Linn County, the State of Iowa, and in more than 26 other states, it has been decided that it is not a safe time to move into our sanctuary. Therefore, we will be worshiping as we have been through Facebook Live. We may also continue with options of outdoor/parking lot worship when possible.
The leadership team continues to monitor the situation through various governmental sources, association, conference, and denominational resources, along with the wisdom and advice of our own medical personnel who are members of our congregation. It is of utmost importance to the leadership team to make sure that we are following guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety and health of all persons.
